After Infidelity: Women’s Healing Support Group

From Shattered to Secure.

Women’s Healing Groups for Infidelity & Betrayal

Infidelity shatters everything. It leaves you feeling deeply isolated, insecure, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next.

You’re not alone. Other women are navigating this too.

I offer two thoughtfully designed women’s groups to hold your experience with compassion and understanding. No judgment. No shame. Just a space where you can begin to heal.

For Women Impacted by Betrayal Trauma
If you’ve been betrayed, the pain can feel all-consuming. Waves of grief, anger, confusion, and a loss of emotional safety are ever present. You may find yourself questioning every good memory, and wondering how you can ever move forward.

In this group, you’ll be surrounded by women who get it. Women who understand the heartbreak and the questions that don’t have easy answers. Together, we create a safe, supportive space to process your pain, rebuild trust and security within yourself, and begin to find clarity about what comes next. Whether that means healing your relationship or finding strength in a new direction.

For Women Who Have Been Involved in an Affair
If you’ve been involved in an affair, you may be holding a heavy mix of guilt, shame, confusion, loss of trust in your sense of self and also the pain of unmet needs. You are likely unsure where you can speak honestly without being judged or misunderstood.

This group offers something rare, a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can tell the truth about your affair with others who have been there too. You’ll be supported in understanding the deeper layers of what happened and why, while taking meaningful accountability. This support allows you to move towards healing and growth. You are not defined by one chapter of your life.

Why a group?

Trauma and shame thrive in isolation. Healing happens in connection. Research on group therapy consistently shows shared-group environments reduce shame, normalize emotional responses, and improve psychological outcomes like depression, anxiety, and trauma-related distress. In group settings women don’t just learn about healing, they experience it in real time through connection, validation, and relational safety from others.

Reach out to attend a free (yes, free) group session and see if it feels right for you.
