After the Affair: A Women’s Healing Circle
After the Affair: A Women’s Healing Circle
If you’ve experienced infidelity, you know how deeply it shakes everything. Trust is broken. Your thoughts feel constant and overwhelming. You may be asking yourself questions like:
How could this happen?
Can I ever trust again?
Why do I feel so anxious, angry, or lost?
What do I need to know to get through this?
This group is a supportive space for women navigating the aftermath of betrayal. It is a closed group running every 8 weeks. This means you’ll have a safe space to heal, learn and grow together without new faces every week. You’ll be guided through a process of healing that helps you reconnect with yourself, regulate overwhelming emotions, and begin to rebuild trust from the inside out.
In this group, you will:
Understand the emotional impact of betrayal and trauma
Learn how to stabilize intense thoughts and feelings
Learn practical what to do and what not to do in the immediate aftermath of the affair
Rebuild self-trust and inner clarity
Explore your options without pressure or judgment
Feel less alone through connection with others who truly understand
You don’t have to carry this pain by yourself. Healing is possible.
Why a group?
Because betrayal trauma thrives in isolation—and healing happens in connection. Research on group therapy consistently shows that shared-group environments reduce shame, normalize emotional responses, and improve psychological outcomes like depression, anxiety, and trauma-related distress. In group settings, women don’t just learn about healing—they experience it in real time through connection, validation, and relational safety.
For women healing after infidelity, this “I’m not alone” experience is often the turning point: it softens self-blame, restores clarity, and helps rebuild emotional stability faster than doing the work alone.
Why a group?
✨ Research shows there is immense power for healing from a community who understand one another’s pain and are waking together to navigate the same struggle. Time and time again support groups, whether for grief, addiction, abuse survivors or trauma, prove to be more effective in creating lasting healing.
✨ You feel seen and understood as you hear the same emotions you are feeling reflected in others.
✨ You learn from not just the facilitator, but from others who have found themselves in this situation.
✨ You experience more grace and compassion for yourself as you feel this towards others facing the same challenges.
✨ You feel less alone and isolated during a time when many individuals feel uncertain about who to turn to and how much to share with friends and family in your lives. In this group you can share it all with people who understand.

Once a session begins, I keep it set at the people who signed up in time to be included. The next group will start when this 8 week session has concluded. By keeping the groups closed it allows for true support and emotional connection among participants, you won’t see new faces every week. You’ll get to know one another, learn from one another, experience you aren’t alone in what you’re facing and move through my 8 week program together. Many friendships have been formed through this format that last long past the 8 weeks.

Yes, these are live session. You are getting an hour of my time for one hour each week. I will be sharing the most important skills and information that partners of both situations (betrayed and unfaithful) need to know to be more successful in moving through the recovery process.

I have found there to be need for four distinct coaching groups for optimal emotional safety. A women’s group for betrayed partner, a women’s group for unfaithful partners, a men’s group for betrayed partners and a men’s group for unfaithful partners. Each group is tailored to meet the needs and challenges you are uniquely facing. If you are non-binary or non gender conforming please reach out and we will discuss what feels best to you. I do offer a non-binary group a few times a year.

My license as a marriage and family therarist requires distinction between coaching and therapy. For this reason, I do not work with couples from my coaching sessions as one-on-one therapy clients.
